Relation and attitude towards spdo and ww

We are in an unprecedented situation and just as we can bury ourselves we can just as easily profit out of it with a bit of rational thought.

I assume you have noticed a specific attitude towards us from our most bitter rivals such as isaac, simon, reno and quite a few others and it seams to me that they all are on the same round. Judging from the recent results, just as well from the LFS Community awards we can draw a conclusion that this is not a winners attitude.

They are trying to point out how they, in this case WW has won the most important leagues in past year, but this is not real if you take a look from a different perspective. For example dwb and few of the names above are trying to prove how IGTC and MoE were the most important leagues in past year and then you see them posting in league of the year that LFSCART deserves this award, which was won by our teammate Jarno. Something is obviously wrong in there... they have absolutely no constancy in their opinions and they're shooting themselves in the foot!

There are so very few people in these two teams compared to the rest of community to value them or their opinions any higher then the others. This can be easily compared to RedBull vs Ferrari and McLaren. You have two teams which are used to winning and a new rising team. So for the sake of argument let's say we're a RedBull here. Did they get themselves involved in any personal fights with rivals? No, they beat them on track over and over again, until the point when all the suspicion about exploitation of rules or drivers ability is gone. This of course might take some time for us to achieve, but we're certainly off to a good start.

I know how good it would feel if our most bitter rivals just realized their defeat and took it like a man, however this as well might take some time to sink into their minds after couple of years of domination from their side. They are cought unguarded and they are showing their real face, so let them be. Enjoy the moment of victory and celebrate it our way.

Have a look into Alonso's celebration. It's almost seams planned and don't you just love when he does that gesture with his hands you can talk... but he doesn't care, he knows he has proven it yet again on the track.

My3id releases inactive drivers

We've decided to release drivers who have been inactive over past year. They didn't really look like coming back any time soon, so there is no point in keeping them around. Released drivers are: Rik de Jong, Karolis Klaudaitis, Chris Reetz and Cai Yufeng.

Three of them have send us back mail's with their thoughts, mostly positive, every in his own way.

Well, this has been coming for some time.
I've decided to leave the team. The reason I did that is because I'm failing to enjoy the racing when I have to spend so much time on preparation. It has worn me out totally and I'm unable to have fun, and that's why we all do this. I can't do this 100% prep anymore, but on the other hand I'm willing to keep on racing with less weight on my shoulders.
I'd like to thank everyone in the team for their presence, racing together, all the help, funny vids and late night convos, I'm really proud I could see 3id taking over the simracing world. I hope you'll stay at the top as long as you wish.

3id Qualifying League

I had this idea yesterday to run a qualifying league within the team. The first format that came to my mind would be to have a 30min practice followed by a 1 hour quali session. Everyone is welcome, even the iRacers who have LFS. I would love to see Hugo there doing some of his LFS quali performances again.

We would all go head-to-head for this session and it would be scored using the F1 points system (top 10 positions score). With so many guys on LFS or who own LFS I think the turnout could be high and it would be a nice casual team event that everyone could take part in.

The schedule could be a wide variety of combos or we could focus on cars we are racing in leagues so that everyone improves their pace in these cars.

Thoughts? If you like it we should build a schedule and plan the dates.
