Yang Ou Joins My3id Gaming

Today My3id Gaming is very pleased to announce the recruitment of Yang Ou, best known for his performance in the 2011 IZOD Indy Car Premier Series, having recently secured the title.

Yang is 22 years old, originally from Wu Han, China, he currently resides in Copenhagen, Denmark where he is studying media technology. He is fan of many sports, including Formula One, Football (soccer) and American Football and also plays both field sports in his spare time. He also has a passion for music and enjoys jamming on his electric guitar.

Ou has quickly built a reputation as one of the fastest racers in the iRacing service, catching the eye of many teams. But in the end he chose My3id Gaming for the challenge it represents to him.

"I've had offers from many teams and I'm thankful for every one of them. I have decided to join My3id Gaming because I want to measure myself against the best, and with the quality of the lineup at My3id, it is a clear choice for me. I am very happy to have gotten this opportunity, I hope that I can learn from my teammates here and also contribute my skills and knowlegde to the team as well." said Yang.

Jack Basford, team manager of My3id Gaming, also commented on the recruitment: "Yang is an undoubted talent and we've had our eye on him for a while, as have many others, which is no coincidence. He has shown he is capable of great things behind the wheel and that he's an all-round good guy. It has been an exciting year for My3id Gaming, but the hardest part for any team is staying on top once you get there. As we have shown with our recruitments this week, we are as focused on the future as ever."
