Masters of Endurance season is continuing and so are these videos.
This race started bad before it even got started. My ISP failed to install me new internet in time so I was forced to drive from my friends house, you'll see later how much that had cost me.
Race start of this race in GT2 class caused huge argument after the race. You'll have a chance to see it with your eyes this time that i was back half a car down to Norbi even before he played his little game with abruptly slowing down, so in fact he changed pace for nothing.
After few laps in the race I made a first bigger mistake and Norbi was there to use it, but I was there to defend my place and you can see I did the same move as he did in lap 2 on spdo, but he didn't lift off, instead he crashed me into the wall and passed me, without giving the place back, just like he didn't give it back to spdo either.
Pretty frustrated I went for an attack right away without much thinking what would be the best option, just attacking as hard as I could (still notice how I lifted off down to T1, as I had no right to stick my nose there) and that didn't pay off to me, as I had huge understeer from the dirty air and then misjudged his line on braking down to T2.
The spin didn't just cause flatspots and burning tires, it caused me a DT too.
Few laps later when tires settled down I took one place back, but not long after that as I said I was at my friends house and the damn chair on wheels moved right when I was correcting my car from a mistake, so I of course didn't correct it well and there it was, the damage.
The damage wasn't that terrible, until the real bad luck didn't kick in. I collected a crashed car some laps later and had some real damage this time, which caused really slow pace from then on to the end of my stint.
I also had couple of FPS drops which thank God didn't cause any more damage, so instead of doing one more stint as planned, I give the car over to my teammates and let them try to fix all the things that went wrong for me.
Karolis got us back to 3rd in his next two stints and Laszlo kept it to the end, even he could've gotten 2nd but he didn't have a lucky day either.
