(or 911 for my friends across the pond). my friend emma is caught in a dilemna. her pen has ran away, or perhaps has been stolen. at this moment in time, we are unsure of the correct circumstances. all we know is, this is a very serious offence, and will be handled with care and consideration for all the victims involved. due to this unfortunate incident, emma is now incapable of drawing a tattoo on her hand. i hope the person responsible is proud of themselves. those evil tyrants.
